I used to have time to walk and talk with a friend. I did not realize how much of a luxury it was until we didn't have time anymore. Some days we would be in deep conversation and then we would look at the sky and stop in our tracks. The colors were never the same and for a few minutes our conversation didn't matter. We would eventually scramble to get a picture before the colors changed to a new hue. It was the highlight of our walks. We were never disappointed. I miss my friend, our walks and the breath taking views. Spring is almost upon us and I think I need a new pair of walking shoes.
